"Let Us Be Kind" MCUK 2020 Finalists recite a poem for Mental Health Awareness Week

"LET US BE KIND" a poem by W. Lomax Childress, recited by the MCUK 2020 Finalist for National Mental Awareness Week which takes place from 18th – 24th May 2020.

Mental health in the Black community is still very much a taboo topic and hardly ever spoken about. Let’s make it our mission to break the stigma of mental health issues in our community

With the theme kindness, we can go a long way as it doesn’t take much time nor money.

This week join us by wearing wear green and help us to spread awareness on mental health
