Zhané Fritz is a vibrant South Londoner who embraces her Grenadian and Jamaican heritage. With a love for health and fitness, she’s passionate about making exercise inclusive and accessible for all, promoting strength, mobility, and stability to support long-term wellbeing. Continuously expanding her knowledge in Sports Science and Nutrition, Zhané champions healthy lifestyles across communities. She is dedicated to giving back—volunteering locally and abroad, donating essentials, and supporting Caribbean causes, including Hurricane Beryl relief and the La Soufrière eruption response. Formerly a flight attendant, her calm and caring nature made her a favorite among elderly and nervous travellers. Zhané’s love for travel, culture, and movement fuels everything she does. As an avid runner Zhané has completed half-marathons for charity and trail runs in Grenada. Through Miss Caribbean UK, she hopes to celebrate her heritage and spotlight Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique, while uplifting others, encouraging wellness, and creating professional connections within the Caribbean community.
