A proud South Londoner of Grenadian and Jamaican heritage, Zhané is passionate about making health and fitness accessible for all. With a background in Sports Science and Nutrition, she promotes strength, mobility, and wellbeing across communities.
Dedicated to giving back, she volunteers both locally and abroad, supporting initiatives such as Hurricane Beryl and La Soufrière relief efforts.
