Huldah Deborah Williams is also known as Deborah St Luce. Huldah is a 25-year-old young lady who descends from Dominica, which is also known as the Nature Island of the Caribbean. Huldah Deborah has many gifting her talents. She writes and sings as one of her creative outlets and personas. Her first two music videos were filmed in Dominica as she shows off her talents and the beauty of her island Dominica. Huldah Deborah also self-published her own book, which is based on Fatherlessness and overcoming its traits and is solely based on self-help, self- development and self-love. Huldah also won the Dominica pageant of Miss Wob Dwiyet 2019 and now is a part of the executive committee as the events manager for Waitukubuli Culture & Tourism Initiative (WCTI). She was also invited by the UK Dominican High Commission in 2020 to be the flag bearer of the Dominican flag in the royal Commonwealth service in front of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the royal family. Huldah has always been an individual of strong leadership from high school as she was head girl prefect at age 15 and continues to lead many other programmes and projects within her school years that she was awarded a Jack Petchy Award at 16 years old. Huldah Deborah also started her career in banking and finance as she works full time as a senior personal banker in National Bank of Westminster also known as Natwest bank. She has future plans and endeavours on expanding and climbing the corporate ladder. Her main goal is to gain as much economic and banking experience in order to advance the socioeconomic development of the Caribbean as a whole. Hence, why she started a platform called WIDI is stands for West Indian Diaspora Initiative. The goal of WIDI is the Amalgamation of the West Indian Diaspora in the UK, creating a platform for networking, joining forces, invigorating the future and economy of the West Indies to intensify its blueprint on earth. She believes she is prudent as well as ambitious and purposeful. She also wants to advance a up and coming community organisation in the Caribbean which is called ‘New Generation’ which aims to provide mentorship for the youth in order to properly equip them for their future. Huldah believes Miss Caribbean UK 2023 would be a great opportunity to networking and learning for these causes and she believes the service part of the pageant is in line with her current goals.
