Finalist No: 11  -  Ziah Charles  -  21 Years

Representing: Grenada

Occupation: Psychology Graduate

Charity: BMH Project

Ziah is an optimist who strives to be the best version of herself and bring out the best in others. She has recently graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Psychology, with this she has used her knowledge of mental health to create her own project.

The Brotherhood Mental Health project aims to reduce the stigma associated with men’s mental health in the black community. This involves organising workshops, fun days and mentoring schemes to encourage black men to speak out about the issues they face and helping them to find the appropriate support.

Ziah enjoys uplifting others around her and uses her positive energy to teach Zumba classes in her spare time.

Ziah entered Miss Caribbean UK as she believes it is a lovely way to break out of her comfort zone and learn new things from her pageant sisters. Not to mention a great way to embrace her heritage!

As your Miss Caribbean UK queen, she would use her platform to express the importance of mental health and provide support to the Caribbean community both here in the UK and back home.
